Alissa Pool is an Associate at Vertical Real Estate. Prior to joining Vertical, Alissa has spent the past 15 years owning and operating Btone Fitness, a boutique chain of fitness studios throughout the Northeast. In addition to owning and operating the business, Alissa identified locations and negotiated leases for multiple locations. Since relocation to Miami in 2019, Alissa has acquired and leased commercial space in the Magic city area of Miami. Alissa’s experience as both a tenant and a landlord gives her excellent perspective on understanding opportunities and client needs.

Alissa has a BA in English Literature from Tulane University and a Master of Arts in Education from New York University.
