Robin Weiner

Robin Weiner joined Vertical Real Estate in 2017 as a member of their Retail Leasing Team. Robin specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation with a special concentration in high profile street retail, lifestyle centers, and regional malls. She also focuses on tenant representation in suburban markets.

Prior to joining Vertical, Robin worked at The Comras Company of Florida, a full service Development and Retail Leasing Firm in Miami Beach. Some of her notable landlord assignments were the representation of Greenstreet Partners in the leasing of their Sunset Harbour properties . She was instrumental in securing fitness and lifestyle tenants to the expanding market. She also represented Nakash Family Acquisitions where she aided in opening up the street retail on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, bringing national luxury tenants to the Five Star Resort, The Setai. Robin also worked with Banyon Street Capital in their Brickell and Coral Gables portfolio, as well as Pebb Capital, Genting/World Wide Resorts, and many others. While working at Comras Company Robin represented Club Pilates and Preschool Developers in their South Florida Expansion. In addition, Robin specializes in fashion retail and has represented Vix Paula Hermanny, Planet Blue and Kith in their entry to the South Florida Market. Some of Robin’s active tenants include Glosslab, AT&T, Blank Street Coffee and Lagree Fitness.

Robin commenced her career in Retail Real Estate at Marcus and Millichap, an Investment Sales Firm, as a member of their National Retail Group. At Marcus and Millichap, Robin’s responsibilities included providing investment, advisory and transaction services for all types of retail real estate; including single tenant net leased properties, ground-leased properties, and open air shopping centers.

Robin is active in the Miami Beach and Real Estate Community. She is a Young Founder of Mt. Sinai Medical Center and Miami Children’s Hospital. She is also a member of the Greater Miami Women’s Jewish Federation, Friends of North Beach and Temple Beth Shalom. She has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2007. Robin lives in Miami Beach with her husband and two daughters.
