Sam Singer joined Vertical Real Estate in 2020 after working as an office leasing associate for Colliers International in their San Francisco office. He represents both tenants and landlords, offering extensive market knowledge of Miami Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Born and raised in Miami, Sam has a deep understanding Miami's dynamic market trends and evolving consumer demographics.

Sam works with national, regional, and local tenants including Emmy Squared Pizza, ilili, Cactus Club Cafe, Oakberry, Trader Vic’s, Modern Animal, among others. On the landlord side, he is leasing The Dorsey for Tricera Capital and the Related Group, Wynwood Plaza for Oak Row and L&L Capital, Kushner’s projects in Edgewater and Fort Lauderdale, AJP Venture’s project in Coral Gables, and Safra’s portfolio in Wynwood, among others.

Prior to becoming a broker, he was a member of Bnei Herzliya, a professional first division basketball team that participated in Israel’s Winner League and FIBA Europe Cup. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley’s, Haas School of Business, where he also was a 4 year player on the men’s basketball team.
